The October 14th City Council meeting was packed with updates that directly impact our neighborhoods, infrastructure, and quality of life. Here’s the highlight reel (with a real estate lens, of course):

🏗️ **Family Entertainment Center: ON SCHEDULE FOR SUMMER 2026!**  

**Slab poured, red iron going up** – Miller Tippens Construction is killing it.  

**Underground utilities (water/sewer) extended** – Council approved **$204,885** to run lines *beyond* the parking lot (smart move to avoid future headaches).  

**Gravity-flow sewer system** – No pumps = lower long-term costs.  

**Real Estate Takeaway:** This isn’t just a bowling alley—it’s a **regional draw**. Families will move here for the lifestyle. Properties near the FEC (especially west side) just got a value bump.
