In this video I am going to go over 10 Items that are MUST for any Real Estate Agent you Hire to sell your Oklahoma Home OR Land.  I am going to go over how  the agent having a TEAM of agents to aids Home Sellers and Land Seller, how it doesn't matter the size, price, or condition of the property, professional photos and DRONE photos are a MUST that the agent you hire SHOULD be using.  The ease that other agents are able to schedule showings on your property absolutely matters too and the QUICKNESS of the confirmation to you the seller and the Buyer's agents needs to be instantaneous.  I will show you how having a 360 degree virtual tour for 24/7 access to the buyers to immerse themselves in your home from anywhere around the world is a MUST have that the agent you hire to sell your home should be providing you the Seller.  

Any Real Estate Agent that you Hire to sell your Oklahoma Home OR Land should be able to immediately show you the prospective Move UP and Move DOWN Buyers that are available over the last 7 days, target marketing, any good salesman or saleswoman will be able to show you this.     The Real Estate Agent you Hire should also be able to immediately email to all the Real Estate Agents AND their Buyers ALL the marketing material on your Home or Land to ensure they are immediately made aware that your home OR land is Available FOR SALE!!!
