Easy Example on Real Estate Brokerages cannot Compete with eXp Realty

A week and a half ago another agent at another brokerage reached out to me, stating the exact same things I tell agents, paraphrased what if your brokerage helps you, saves you money, and makes your clients life easier would you want to know more ... I said "Of Course" and booked a zoom right away.  

Well that agent didn't want to zoom and when I called I ended up talking to their broker and not them.  Their broker ended up pitching me on a broker needs analysis form, which I filled out out right away and texted him that I filled it out right away, but I haven't heard back yet on it, not by phone, text, or email.  I followed up with the agent that was going to previously tell me about achieving my goals, saving me money, and  helping my customers lives easier to learn more about what they had to say, I never want to miss another opportunity like eXp Realty, seriously I don't and we rebooked for today ... heres the thing, 10 minutes before the zoom, they cancelled, come on!!!!

eXp Realty is REAL, it is the Brokerage made for agents and their business, it was made by an agent, owned by agents, and for agents and that is why I feel after I get these recruiting calls and other agents and brokers realize their product, their brokerage cannot compete with eXp Realty, I get cancelled calls or non existent follow ups, why would they try to recuit me from the BEST product (eXp Realty model) to a old product (broke brokerage model) right, if they realize that they cannot compete with eXp Realty, why would they follow up?  

This is why it 100% matters what brokerage you are at, is your brokerage actually there for you, making your life easier as an agent, as a team lead, as a Broker owner, OR is your Brokerage there for itself and NOT there for you and your customers?
